Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want booking with Zkart to be fair and transparent. This policy explains when you can cancel and how refunds work.
1. Cancellation by you
Where a cancellation charge applies, it may be deducted from any amount paid, or invoiced to you.
2. Cancellation by us
We may cancel a booking if the service cannot be provided safely or lawfully, if no suitable vehicle is available, or in circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel and you have paid in advance, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Refunds
- Where a refund is due, it will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically credited within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any applicable cancellation charge will be deducted before the refund is issued.
4. No-show and access issues
If our vehicle arrives and cannot complete pickup because no authorised person is available, the pickup address is inaccessible, or the goods are not ready, waiting and detention charges may apply, and the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.
5. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or are owed a refund, contact us within 7 days of the booking with your booking number and details. We will review and respond fairly.
